This downtown parish hall in Nebraska has a large stage where congregants put on plays and pageants. The audience sits in front of the stage in an outdoor setting. A PowerLift hydraulic wall was chosen for the hall as conventional stage curtains were impractical. Concealed Door with Hardi Plank and Masonry Siding

This PowerLift hydraulic door project started with a plan for a door that blended into the building when shut. One component accenting this effect is the small ‘porch roof’ that extends past the door opening on each side. The cladding of Hardi siding with masonry wainscoting mirrors the look of the building. New Home with Special Cladding on Doors

It’s easy to match or complement the appearance of your home with a PowerLIft door. This new home has two – 18’ x 10’ PowerLift doors finished to match the exterior walls. PowerLift hydraulic doors can be clad with stucco, masonry, wood or any combination of materials you and your architect want to use. Don’t settle for garage doors that are ‘almost right’. The owner of this building has a company that rebuilds garbage trucks. He purchased this building to house his business but faced one serious obstacle. The sidewalls of the building are 14’ tall and commercial trucks are 13’–6” in height: most overhead doors require about 2’ of headroom. PowerLift doors had the solution to the situation. We built and installed 13 outside-mount PowerLift doors, all with a clear inside opening height of 13’-6”. If you have any type of design clearance restriction, let us know. We have resolved thousands of access challenges over the years and can do the same for you.

Semi Trailer Door Retrofit

Not every opening that benefits from a PowerLift door is found in a building. This semi-trailer is used by a commercial nursery to display their wares at trade shows. Included are pictures showing all aspects of the trailer during construction as well as the finished version. A very attractive way indeed to bring your company to public notice!

Trapezoid Door Retrofit

Not every building opening has a perfectly rectangular or square form. The owner of this older slant wall steel building was assured it wasn’t possible to open up the full endwall as it required a trapezoidal door shape. We worked with structural engineers to harmonize the building and door design and accommodated his request. The result is a perfectly functioning, one-of-a-kind door with all the simplicity and reliability PowerLift is famous for.

Wood-clad Door on Beautiful Guest House

This monitor style guest house features a PowerLift door clad in honey-colored wood to match the building trim. This door opens to the gathering room of the guest house. We build a lot of PowerLift doors and walls that are destined to be covered with wood. Whatever type of wood siding you decide to use installs very easily and creates a look that can’t be duplicated.

Two PowerLift walls on the second floor of this building open when desired, allowing a special way to enjoy views and pleasant weather without leaving the room. We can install a PowerLift opening wall in your family home, vacation cottage, ski chalet, mountaintop cabin or waterfront residence. A PowerLift opening wall brings you close to nature without stepping outside.

Life on the beachfront becomes even more enjoyable when you specify a PowerLift door for your boathouse. This 20’ x 14’ door is very attractive with its dark wood cladding and small pane windows. PowerLift doors complement the appearance and function of any building. At the beach, in the mountains, on the farm, in the wilderness or in the city the solution to all your access requirements is a PowerLift door.

Two new PowerLift doors were specified for the complete remodel of this potato storage building. One of these doors measuring 32’ x 18’ encloses the loading dock area. This PowerLift door was built with an integral 9’ x 9’ opening and dock surround. An inswing 9’ x 9’ single panel leaf door within the dock surround opens for loading access. When weather is appropriate the entire dock area can be opened. In less than ideal conditions trucks back up against the dock surround and are loaded through the leaf door. Every PowerLift door is custom built. This means we can easily integrate functional features, unique styling, special claddings and anything else you desire in your door.
